1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Voice Chef (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, strict prohibition applies to your access of the Service.

2. Use of Service & AI Technology

Voice Chef provides AI-based audio processing tools (RVC, Demucs, etc.). You acknowledge that:

  • The AI models are tools for creative expression and research.
  • You are solely responsible for the input content (audio files) you upload.
  • The quality of output depends on the quality of input and is provided "as is".

3. User Content & Copyright

Critical Disclaimer:

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Voice Chef to use all intellectual property in and to any audio content you upload.

**We do not claim ownership** of the content you upload. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, and copy the content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You act at your own risk. Voice Chef shall **not be liable** for any copyright infringement arising from your use of unauthorized copyrighted material (e.g., uploading commercial songs without permission). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voice Chef from any claims resulting from your breach of these warranties.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • To generate deepfakes for malicious purposes, fraud, scams, or defamation.
  • To impersonate others without consent.
  • To upload content that is illegal, hate speech, or violates the rights of others.
  • To reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Voice Chef, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea (Republic of Korea), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
